Mr. Kane has over 25 years experience providing innovative solutions and mentoring to entrepreneurs, business owners and executives. Mr. Kane’s consulting engagements domestically and abroad included capital raising, due diligence, turnarounds, business development, new line of business launch and product development.
John Kane is a principal of The DealShop whose role is providing critical deal structure and operations guidance for clients. Over the past 32 years, Mr. Kane has raised $1.8 billion in debt and equity, held key roles in several public equity and debt offerings, and led a large number of strategic business transactions. He has a flair for complex deal structure, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, divestitures and integrations that has created extraordinary value in a diverse array of circumstances.
J. Thomas Sumbler is a principal of The DealShop whose role is providing business development and strategic partnership initiatives for clients. He also leads the Company’s effort to proactively identify and recommend tactical combinations that create value. Mr. Sumbler has 28 years of experience with building and leading sales, marketing and strategic development teams and is highly regarded amongst industry peers in the telecommunications sector where he is known for creative deal making between competing companies.
Henry Chen is a principal of The DealShop whose role is providing business development and strategic partnership initiatives for clients. He also leads the Company's structured finance effort and provides financial advice in complex asset based transactions. Mr. Chen has 20 years of experience in investment banking with particular focus on asset-backed and project finance transactions.
